Enrollment Process

St. Symphorosa Catholic School!​​

Our GRAND VISION is St. Symphorosa School is the school of choice in the Midway area.

A school where students are known and loved, receive engaging & rigorous academics,

and are supported to become Disciples of Christ.

HOW TO APPLY
To complete the enrollment process, here are the next steps:
  1. Complete the Enrollment Application: Bring in the application

  2. Complete the Educational School Report:  Submit the ed report & last current report card (1st-8th grades) 

  3. Submit the Required Documents: Please ensure all necessary paperwork is provided (Birth certificate, baptismal certificate, if applicable, medical records)

  4. Registration Fee of $100: Cash or check is acceptable.

You may drop off all documentation at the school office
during the hours of 8am-3pm, Monday-Friday. 
Our office administrator, Ms. Vawter, will be happy to accept your application.
